What I was a kid, the comic books featured battles between the American good guys and the "Dirty Commie Rats" (usually North Koreans or Chinese).

A new accord on power-sharing between President Boris N. Yeltsin and the Russian Parliament was announced Sunday, but it soon appeared to have fallen apart when the Communist leader, Gennadi A. Zyuganov, announced he would not back Viktor S. Chernomyrdin for Prime Minister.
