The prosecution conceded dismissal under 30-30, which means that the prosecution had not brought the case to trial within the time required by law.

Of course, it has always been obvious that the prosecution had no real case.

Passion Julinsey - Why did she do it?

I would still like to know why Passion, who I loved deeply, did this to me.

My attorney says that the case is completely over and cannot be brought up again.

• Passion Julinsey has apparently failed the bar exam for the third time. I am sincerely sorry about this. I was hoping she would finally pass and then start acting normally again. Ironically, she had me arrested so that she would have more time to study for the Bar, she said, and since then she has failed two more times. It now seems likely that she will never pass.
