The line discussed above is well documented in XIV-XV Central Asian chronicles written either in Arabic or Turkic languages. I would even say that the line Thierry kindly provided you with even more probable than many of so called verified Western medieval lineages and "decent from antiquity gateways". I bet, in fact it should be even more accurate than Hohenstaufen dynastic relationships, a significant part of which is still under question:) At least, you can find most of those folks in Bosworth's classic compilation of Muslim dynasties.
Please feel free to get yourself digged into the nearest library where you might find English or French translation of medieval Orient manuscripts: considering your personal interest in establishing the link between Temoujiin and your daughter, it will help you to widen the horizonts of Chagatai Khanate's history.
Btw Baraq Khan, Dua Khan were succeding khans of Transoxania (also known as Chagtaja, Jagataj or Ghagataj Horde), who issued their own coins, thus there were far from being "unknown people"
