Enclosed please the rules that were requested from the Tennessee Securities Division. You may find the statute under www.state.tn.us/commerce/index.html . Tenn Laws.
As I stated in our conversation, an issuer has to register the securities in order to sale them in Tennessee or an exemption must be used, if available. Our exemptions are found in §48-2-103 of the Securities Act.
