I live with a crazy lady from Sri Lanka and our three kids, 8, 6 and 5, in a housing project in Spanish Harlem. How we got there is a long story. Yesterday morning, I woke up to find that she had allowed a bunch of homeless people into the apartment. I know them. They are prostitutes and drug addicts that she has gotten involved with. They had come in the night and had pushed all of our children off of their beds and onto the floor.
I called 911. The police came. My wife told the police that these homeless people were her friends. The police took me out, searched me, took my keys from my pocket and gave them to my wife.
My wife is involved with a religiously based organization called Sanctuary for Families and Sister Theresa Courtney of that organization. Today, they filed a case against me in New York Family Court and got an ex-party two month order of temporary custody for my wife plus a restraining order against me. The order is signed by Judge Richard N. Ross. There is a process server outside my door right now trying to serve me. Fortunately, my wife called in time to warn me that he is coming. The affidavit against me is completely filled with lies. For example, it says that she called 911 against me whereas in reality I called 911 and reported that there were four crack dealers and prostitutes sleeping in our apartment.
Now I face arrest and total loss of my children. I have done nothing remotely wrong. It is my wife who is involved with drug dealers. She even allows prostitutes, whose names are Julie, Jean and Brenda, to bring their customers into the house and have sexual intercourse for money in the boy's bed room. Jimmy, her boyfriend, a man from Bangladesh who is involved with these prostitutes, brings his girlfriends in off the street and has sex with them on the couch and also has sex with my wife in the presence of the children. Jimmy has hit all of my children, Michael, George and Anusha, and he even kicked nine month old baby Geeta in the face when she was crying too much and he was trying to sleep at 2:00 PM. I give money to my wife every day. Meanwhile, these prostitutes and drug addicts, who have had their own children taken away by the Child Welfare Administration, eat her food and take her money and even steal her WIC checks. Yet, I am powerless to do anything or even complain because if I do and I am proven right the children will be placed in foster care for the next ten years and I will never see them again.
