The protagonist, Our Girl, starts out as a very active heterosexual, although she is still a virgin. She will remain a virgin for a long time, because losing her virginity will become an important part of the story later on.
Her parents are afraid that, because she is so very interested in boys, she will get pregnant at an early age, so they condemn her to a Catholic Girls School. "Get the to a nunnery", they say. Our girl does not want to go to a Catholic Girls School because she likes boys so very much. She objects and makes an argument over this, but finally she goes.
I realize that in the original story the girl starts off by saying that she is a born lesbian. Most gays, both male and female, believe that they were born that way and I agree that they probably were, but I believe that it makes for a more exciting story for her to be gradually converted to lesbianism.
Shortly after entering the Catholic Girls School, another girl makes a pass at her. Our Girl thinks that this must be a mistake or a misunderstanding, but then it happens again.
It will take a girl to write this story, one who has attended a real Catholic Girls School and can realistically portray what these schools are like. Also, I know that girls have secret signs and signals by which they make passes at each other. As a male, I do not know how they do this, so your writer should explain this.
Our girl does not like having a pass made at her by the other girl. She protests. The other girl tries to make up for it by bringing her a gift. Then, she gets our girl drunk. Then, she tries a few other approaches. Finally, our girl can resist no longer. She breaks down and fucks.
Our girl now enters the mainstream. She quickly finds out that almost all the other girls at the Catholic Girls School are fucking each other. Naturally there is jealousy, rivalries and back stabbing, as girls compete to fuck this or that other girl.
However, the real challenge comes when a new girl enters the school. None of the new girls know what is about to happen to them. The established girls in the school plot and plan as to how they are going to seduce each new girl as she enters the school. Some girls are tough. Others are easy. But eventually all of them are converted and they all fuck.
Before long, Our Girl becomes the leader of the pack. Whenever a new girl enters the school, her name is written on a blackboard. The girls all plan and plot how they are going to convert her and, as each girl is converted to lesbianism, her name is crossed off the list.
A girl enters the school who really likes boys a lot, to an excessive degree. This is really a hard case. She does nothing but talk about this boy or that. All the girls team up to get this hard core heterosexual girl to start fucking. Finally that hard core girl breaks down and she starts fucking, too.
Finally, a boy enters the scene, and we get back to the original plot. Our girl really wants to fuck her best girlfriend, but the girlfriend has held out for a long time and does not agree. Our Girl has a plan to get the girl she really wants. She fucks the boy who is the twin brother of the girl she really wants to fuck. She is so desperate to carry out her plan, that she sacrifices her virginity in order to do this.
After fucking the brother, the next step in her plan is to get the brother to fuck his own sister. She blackmails him by telling him that if he does not fuck his own sister, she will expose him by revealing that he has fucked her.
Finally, he breaks down and agrees. He fucks his twin sister. The sister has no objection. She has been wanting for the longest time to be fucked by her own brother.
Now, Our Girl has what she wants. She blackmails the sister by telling her that if she does not agree to fuck, both she and her brother will go to prison for incest.
The blackmailed girl finally breaks down and fucks. Everybody fucks everybody else and thus there is a happy ending. (Happy endings are required in movies these days.)

There are almost an infinite variety of sub-plots based on this theme.
