There are three petitions. One for the Republican Party, one for the Independence Party and one for the Libertarian Party. However, to get on the ballot I need to win my court cases plus get the signatures. I need to win my case against the Republican Party plus get 886 signatures to get on that ballot. I need to win my case against the Independence Party plus get 284 signatures to get on that ballot. I do not need to win any case against the Libertarian Party because I am already their nominee but I need to get 3500 signatures to get on that ballot.
These three petitions are all in PDF format and can be read and printed out using Adobe Acrobat (a free download).
For anybody to circulate a Republican Party petition in my behalf they must be a registered member of the Republican Party in New York State or a notary public.
For anybody to circulate an Independence Party petition in my behalf they must be a registered member of the Independence Party or a notary public.
For anybody to circulate a Libertarian Party petition in my behalf they must be a registered voter in New York State but they can be a member of any party or no party at all or a notary public. (I am a notary public. So is my wife. I advise everybody to get this license.)
