Petitions filed in US Supreme Court

I have filed three petitions for a Writ of Certiorari in the US Supreme Court.

All of the petitions I have filed seek to be reinstated on the ballot as a candidate for US Congress for the Tenth Congressional District of New York.

The three cases I have filed are:

Samuel H. Sloan vs. Diane Haslett Rudiano et al, No. 04-7627, Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The Second Circuit denied my emergency motion to be reinstated on the ballot at 4:55 PM, giving me time to prepare and file a petition for certiorari later the same night.

Samuel H. Sloan vs. Nero Graham et al, No. 04-7857, Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the Appellate Division - Second Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Leave to appeal was denied by the New York Court of Appeals.

Samuel H. Sloan vs. Charles E. Knapp et al, No. 04-7858, Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the Appellate Division - Second Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Leave to appeal was denied by the New York Court of Appeals.

I admit that my chances of winning a quick victory are not good. On the other hand, it is said that hundreds of lawsuits will be filed over the coming election. Mine might be the first to reach the US Supreme Court.
